For a server room, you want to keep the temperature between 18°C and 25°C, which is about 64°F to 77°F. The ideal is usually around 20°C to 24°C, or 68°F to 75°F. Keeping the temperature in this range helps ensure your servers run smoothly without overheating. Regularly monitoring the temperature and having good climate control in place are key to maintaining a stable environment for your IT servers.
Temperature and Humidity Monitoring Sensors
A range of plug-in temperature sensors to conneect to an environmental monitoring system for temperature monitoring and the automatic generation of notification alarms sent using email, SMS text or SNMP, dependent on the base monitoring device connected to the sensor. The monitoring base units can be connected to the local internet using an IP network connection (Ethernet cable or WiFi) or installed with a GSM SIM card to allow remote access, reporting and alarm sending. Click on any of the temperature sensors below to see more information and the related devices they can be connected to for montoring and alarms.
