Room Alert Manager

When you buy an Avtech Room Alert monitor you can use a Room Alert Account (https://account.roomalert.com/gateway) to monitor your device. The account allows users to easily manage their responses to the environmental conditions being monitored including temperature, humidity, power, security, smoke and others. Through the account users can create custom reports for data logging or environment sensor logging histories, set up alert notifications for when environment conditions exceed preset values, view a map showing their environmental conditions; useful for remote facilities and monitored environments.

Room Alert is a powerful cloud-based service that can be accessed from any browser including desktop compute, tablet or mobile devices, over the internet. There is no software to install or configure. Simply log into your Room Alert account to montor your Avtech Room Alert devices.

Uing the account allows office, facilities, IT and data centre managers to prevent environmental situations from escalating to a point that could disruption operations and impact business continuity. Alarms via email and text or SNMP traps, provide powerful and instantaneous alerts. The built-in reporting tools make it easy to create reports, graphics and view activities, select and sort data, and much more. When a problem occurs, users can drill-down into the data and uncover important information and trends. All from a cloud-based server.

This is a software package for monitoring Room Alert devices that runs as a Windows Service (for security) and automatically discovers Room Alert devices on the local area network and will display multiple monitors via a single IP address. Email Alerts and SMS Text Messages

Room Alert devices monitored via Room Alert Manager can be set to send email alert messages when monitored sensor readings go outside of pre-set thresholds. The emails can be sent to predefined email group on the Room Alert platform. SMS text message alerts can be sent using an email to SMS conversion service. The
