Applications

The device is a simple light intensity sensor for indoor use. Each sensor has a unique serial number, and several can be connected in parallel to a single RJ11 bus. The sensors are typically used to detect lights on/off in a server room indicating whether staff are present or not, or a server rack door being opened.
