The AVTECH Flood Protect and Control Kit helps to protect critical equipment and areas against flood and water leakage damage. Typical application areas include server rooms, data centres or any other critical IT or building facility requiring protection from unexpected water or liquid intrusion. The Flood Protect and Control Kit includes Flood Berms, Flood Barrier Mats, and Flood Cleanup Mats.
Flood Berms can be placed around server racks and cabinets, storage racks, food supplies, file cabinets, or any other location that stores critical resources. Each Flood Berm is 4feet (121.92cm) long and and grows to 2.5inches (6.35cm) high and can absorb up to 2 gallons of liquid, forming a protective berm to help provide additional flood protection. The Flood Barrier Mats absorb up to 1 quart of liquid each. Each Flood Cleanup Mat absorbs up to 1.5 quarts of liquid.

The Avtech Flood Protect and Control Kit can be paired with Flood Spot and Flood Water Leakage Detection Rope sensors to provide alarm notifications when water or liquid is detected.
