Easy Installation
The UPS range has been designed and manufactured by Schneider Electric to be easy to install and commission and features:
- Easy Loop Test: to verify UPS performance before critical load connection, removing the need for a load bank
- Easy to Install: the UPS has a compact footprint and lightweight design for installation
- Intuitive user interface: an intuitive graphical user interface enables easy system configuration
- ECO Mode: to achieve energy efficient operation up to 99% and power protection when the mains power supply is stable
- Straightforward Installation: includes the input, output, static, and maintenance bypass breakers and Emergency Power Off (EPO) switch to simplify installation, reduces cost and allow for a fast deployment
Easy UPS Protection
The UPS range provides compact power protection and includes:
- Replaceable Dust Filters: to protect the UPS in harsh environments
- Parallel Capability: allowing multiple UPS to be installed in parallel to meet power capacity and redundancy requirements
- Wide Input Voltage Window: to reduce battery usage and store energy for a mains power outage
- Optional SNMP Card: to allow the UPS to be monitored and managed using the UPS Web interface or EcoStruxure™, Schneider’s IT’s cloud-based and on-premise UPS management software suites
Easy UPS 3-Series Accessories
Schneider provides a complete range of UPS accessories for the Easy 3 series. These include UPS maintenance bypasses, battery circuit breaker boxes, battery breaker kits, modular and classic battery extension cabinets, high capacity plug-in battery modules, cold start-kits, parallel UPS operation and synchronisation kits, battery temperature sensors and remote interface cards including dry contacts and SNMP web interfaces.
Schneider EcoStruxure™ Management Software
Each Easy UPS can be connected to Schneider’s EcoStruxure management software suite – either cloud-based or run on premise. EcoStruxure is a data centre infrastructure management (DCIM) package that can provide smart-alarming, data-driven recommendations via Artificial Intelligence (AI) and allows for more efficient risk planning, capacity management and automated workflows.
