The Riello MultiCOM 411 Profibus DP Protocol Converter is a communications card to enable connection of a Riello UPS to a Profibus DP (Decentralised Peripherals) network. The card is designed for industrial environments using automation technologies and uses a field bus design, one of the most popular methods for communicating between automation control systems and distributed I/O hardware. The converter utomatically detects the appropriate baud rate (9600 bit/s to 12 Mbit/s).
