Does ISO5001 Require Energy Monitoring Software?

ISO 50001 is an international standard for energy management systems (EnMS) that provides a framework for organisations to systematically manage and improve their energy performance, leading to reduced costs and environmental impact.To achieve compliance to ISO5001 an organisation should have in place an energy management software to collate metering and consumption data that can be used for reviews, establishing baseline energy consumption, and tracking Energy Performance Indicators (EnPIs).
