The Eaton 5PX Gen2 1.5kVA/1.5kW 2U RT UPS provides Enterprise Networks and Edge IT equipment with best-in-class line-interactive power protection maximizing IT space and Service Continuity. Eaton 5PX Gen 2 offers powerful tools to remotely monitor, integrate with IT architecture and remotely deploy and maintain a large UPS installed base.

This Netpack model includes a network card and provides further protection for your content as it has dual cybersecurity certifications (UL 2900-1 & IEC 62443-4-2) and offers connection to Eaton’s Cyber Secured Monitoring cloud.

Ease of Operation

The innovative graphical LCD display makes configuration of the Eaton 5PX Gen2 easy and intuitive. The UPS offers an easy start-up configuration wizard to simplify your UPS setup process. Remote management and firmware upgrades are available with the optional Eaton Gigabit network management card. Advanced battery management and hot-swappable battery enables ease of maintenance and flexibility.

Energy Efficiency

The Eaton 5PX Gen2 delivers 11% more power to connected servers than other UPS thanks to its unity power factor capability. The UPS is Energy Star 2.0 certified for maximum efficiency across the full operating range. Energy is metered for each individual outlet group and is visible directly on the display and through Eaton’s Intelligent Power Manager.

The Eaton 5PX 1.5kVA Gen2 UPS has a built-in battery. The runtime can be extended using plug-in Eaton 5PX EBM 48Vdc RT 2U G2 UPS External Battery Cabinets. The runtime graph below shows the battery support time available for a given load.
